National Relay Service

The National Relay Service helps people who are deaf, or hearing or speech impaired communicate through a Relay Officer. There are no additional costs for using the National Relay Service and they offer a range of relay call options.

NRS Chat (Internet Relay) 

NRS Chat calls can be made using the NRS app or by the NRS Chat webpage (https://nrschat.nrscall.gov.au).

 

SMS Relay 

SMS Relay users can text the National Relay Service on 0423 677 767 to connect with a Relay Officer who will then help you connect to us.

 

Video Relay

Video Relay users can connect to the National Relay Service through the Skype contact NRS VIDEO RELAY SERVICE. A Relay Officer will then help you connect to us.

 

Voice Relay

Voice Relay users can call the National Relay Service on 1800 555 727 to connect with a Relay Officer who will then help you connect to us.

 

TTY users
